How this site is built
Someone reading this may be tired, in distress, using a screen reader, or on a phone in poor light. The site is built with that reader in mind rather than as an afterthought.
- Every interactive element is reachable and operable with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator
- Text and interface colors are checked against the WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios
- The site respects the reduced-motion setting in your operating system or browser, and drops animation when that preference is set
- Any motion that runs on its own has a visible pause control
- Headings, landmarks, and link text are written to make sense when read out of order by assistive technology
- Layouts reflow to a single column on small screens and remain usable when text is enlarged

What is not claimed
This site does not claim full conformance with WCAG 2.1 at any level. Conformance is a formal audited status, and this site has not been through that audit.
What is claimed is the list above: specific measures that were built in deliberately and checked. There are almost certainly gaps that have not been found yet, and finding them is the reason for the contact route below.
