About Couples Therapy
Couples services focus on identifying dysfunctional relationship patterns while helping partners develop healthier communication, conflict-management, emotional connection, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
You do not have to arrive agreeing on what the problem is. Couples often do not.
Matthew has completed specialized Gottman Method training, including Gottman Method Couples Therapy Levels 1 and 2 and additional training involving couples and addiction recovery.
